The Children Assistance Association „Benita” is a non-profit organization that provides social,moral,educational and spiritual support for children or families in need. The name of the organization has a special connotation,because it belonged to little Benita,a girl that sadly passed away at the age of 4. This is how the organization was born,in 1991,when Romania was facing the problem of the institutionalized children.
The purpose of the organization: -Prevention of child abandonment-Social integration of underprivileged children -education -material support for monoparental families or families with many children -financial help in case of severe disease,where surgery and treatment are very expensive -moral,emotional and spiritual support for children and parents through educational activities and advisory services. |
